💳 Enhancements to Subscription & Plan Management

• Plan Type & Recurrence Cycles: Added support for defining plan type (Recurring / One-Time) with configurable recurrence cycles.

• Group-Level Payment Reference ID: Groups can now configure separate Payment Reference IDs for recurring plans, ensuring correct billing through payment gateways.

• Membership/Subscription in Intake Flow: Updated subscription logic to support group-level pricing, plan types, and payment rules.

💊 Pharmacy & Prescription Enhancements

• Pharmacy Notes Clarity: In the prescription menu, notes are now labeled as Internal (for pharmacy) or From Provider for improved clarity.

• Fulfillment Details Section: Prescription view now includes shipper name and tracking number when available.

• Medicine-Specific Pharmacy Notes: Medication requests to the physician network now include configured medicine-specific notes to ensure accurate pharmacy instructions.

👨‍👩‍👧 Patient & Family Management

• Patient Creation: External systems can now trigger patient creation via API, with automatic invite emails sent to patients.

• Family Member Linking: Admin users can now link existing patients as family members.

• Family Member Appointment Flow: A “Who is this consultation for?” page has been introduced in the sign-up flow. Patients can now choose to create an appointment either for themselves or schedule directly for non-adult family members.

📅 Appointment & Consultation Updates

• Discard Pending Appointments: Introduced a “Discard” action in the Provider Portal, allowing admin users to remove incomplete appointments and free up blocked slots.

• Dashboard Appointments: The Client Portal dashboard now shows the next 5 upcoming appointments, ensuring patients see the most relevant consultations.

💬 Messaging & Communication

• Unread Message Alerts: Patients now receive new message alerts with a count that also includes messages sent to their non-adult family members.

• Notification Settings: A new toggle option to send automatic invite emails to patients can be configured at the account level.

🛡️ Compliance & Integrity

• Document Protection: Documents linked to encounters can no longer be deleted from the Client Portal, preserving clinical integrity.

• Age Validation at Sign-Up: An informational message has been added during sign-up to clarify that account holders must be 18+ years old.

• DOB Validation for Account Holders: The system now validates DOB against platform rules and minimum age requirements, ensuring only eligible users become account holders.
