🩺 Patient & Intake Enhancements

• The patient intake flow has been standardized to support URL-based parameters, improving onboarding from referral links and shared URLs.

• The Signup page now enforces stronger password rules to improve account security.

🧪 Lab Order & Consultation Enhancements

• Admin users can now manually add new lab tests directly within the Provider Portal.

• Note: There is no direct integration with external lab vendors at this time. All lab test catalogs and details continue to be manually managed by the account.

• Lab test pricing can be configured and displayed for reference only — pricing is not used for billing or payment processing.

• Lab orders now support selecting Lab Company and Lab Account, and these details are visible in the Lab Order list to provide routing clarity.

📅 Appointment & Follow-Up Workflow Enhancements

• Follow-up consultation logic has been aligned with configured follow-up rules.

• Appointment action label updated from “Add new” to “Add a consultation” for better clarity.

• Pricing and payment display in the appointment summary and payment screens has been standardized to ensure consistency across flows.

🏛️ Group & Access Controls

• Group Code field length has been increased, and APIs now support 10-character Group Codes.

• The Member Utilization report now applies user group-level access controls, showing only the groups the user has permission to view.

✉️ Platform & Communication Improvements

• Security-related system emails will now be sent regardless of communication preference settings to ensure account safety.

• Password reset email layout and font size have been updated to improve readability.

• Email uniqueness validation is enforced when creating both primary members and individual member accounts.

🔗 API Enhancements

• Introduced a new Get Consultation Detail API for integration and reporting use cases.

⚙️ General Improvements & Fixes

• Multiple minor UI updates, workflow refinements, and stability improvements are included as part of this release.
