Phone & Join Call buttons in message consultations: Providers now have the flexibility to initiate a call at any point during an asynchronous message consultation when clinically required — improving communication efficiency and care continuity.
🔗 API Enhancements
Product validation in Create Appointment API: If the requested product is a WellSync-supported product, the system will validate it in real time against the live WellSync GetDrug API before creating the appointment. If the product is not supported, the system will return an appropriate error response to the external system.
Enhance Create Appointment to support Questionnaire & Consent expansion: Intake questionnaires and consent data are now handled in a more structured format to support upcoming client requirements and compliance needs.
💰 Plan & Pricing Management Enhancements
Active pricing model filtering and validation: Previously, users could see and select plans that were tied to inactive pricing models — resulting in errors when they attempted to proceed with payment. With this enhancement, only active pricing models are displayed in Plan Setup, and the system validates pricing model status before publishing a plan. This eliminates the user experience issue and prevents configuration errors during payment.
📊 Reporting Improvements
Group visibility aligned with user permissions: Users only see reports for the groups they are permitted to access — preventing unauthorized visibility and improving clarity during report generation.
