Am I eligible to own my own DrCare247 telemedicine platform?
Yes, we are very transparent from the start, and the platform, as well as all the data, will be 100% yours.
How much does it cost per doctor?
The base fee starts as low as $15/doctor/month. However, the price may vary based on the total number of doctors, features and the level of customization that you request for your practice.
What is the onboarding process?
Once you have decided to onboard with us, we will send you an implementation form. Upon completion of this form, our team will finish configuring your platform.
How long does onboarding take?
If no customization is requested, we can set up your account within a couple of days. On the other hand, if you request for customizations and new features, then it takes about two to four weeks based on the level of customization.
Is there a fee for patient payment processing?
We do not charge an additional fee, however, standard credit card processing fees may apply from the payment gateway that you choose.
When is the patient’s payment collected?
The patient is required to enter a credit card in order to request and confirm the appointment. The doctor will start the consultation and do the sign-off. In general, the patient will be charged only after the consultation is done and signed off by the doctor.
Can I give free consultations to patients?
No problem! It can be managed from the admin panel, so the doctors will have the option to sign-off for free.
Is DrCare247 HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. There is no compromise when it comes to patient privacy and security. We designed the entire DrCare247 workflow with HIPAA in mind.
Is DrCare247 PCI-compliant?
Yes. We work with a payment processer to get your platform PCI certified.
Neither the patient nor doctor gets triggered while initiating the consultation?
A reminder about the consultation will be sent to the doctor and the patient. We can work on Dynamic notifications.
Can we switch from text consultation view to video?
At present, in the video call, we have the option to chat, audio, and video.
Do you have reminders and follow-up features?
The patients and doctors are reminded by the email notifications.
Is there any filter option to search patients by name, region, etc?
Search filter based on all patients, names, upcoming consultations. We are open to adding more filter options depending upon your request.
How can we cancel or reschedule an appointment?
We provide appointment cancellation and rescheduling options at the admin portal.
Is it possible to edit the details of the existing lead?
The provider can edit the details of the existing lead except for the reason and the consultation mode.
Shall we create telemedicine for a clinic instead of a single doctor or multiple doctors?
Yes. We can customize our telemedicine platform based on the business model of our client's organizations.
Is the Nudge option available for doctors and patients throughout their journey?
We send notifications at each stage about their appointment, reminders before the scheduled time while completing the consultation, prescription, etc through SMS/Email.
